BW Hockey Code Of Conduct

At BW Hockey we want to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment for all our participants and parents. With this in mind there are a few behaviours that are unacceptable and could result in you or your child being asked to leave the program. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to, aggressive yelling, physical altercations, derogatory comments either to the coaches, other parents or participants, the use of profanity while attending events. Enforcement of this policy will be at the discretion of Management.

We want everyone to be able to enjoy the experience and create lasting friendships within the community through a positive environment and shared love of hockey. However should there come a time when you or your child are asked to leave either through the child's actions or the parents please note that the cost of the program will not be refunded as the spot was reserved for your child and cannot be filled part way through the program.

By signing below you are acknowledging that you have read and will adhere to the policies outlined above. If filled out by a minor (under the age of 18) please obtain your parents or guardians signature and review the above information together.
