Take your game to the next level in BW Hockey’s Advanced Female Development Program—a fast-paced, competitive training environment created for experienced U13 and U15 female house-level players.

Led by professional coaches, the program combines focused skill development with coached scrimmage play, giving athletes the opportunity to learn, compete and immediately apply new skills in game-like situations.

Players will strengthen their skating, puck control, passing, shooting and overall hockey IQ while developing greater confidence, resilience, leadership and competitive habits. Training alongside motivated female athletes creates a positive and supportive environment where players can challenge themselves, build connections and prepare for future hockey opportunities.

Player Development

Participants will:

• Strengthen skating, puck control, passing and shooting
• Improve hockey IQ, game awareness and decision-making under pressure
• Develop confidence through consistent, high-quality repetitions
• Learn to apply skills effectively in competitive situations
• Build resilience, leadership and strong training habits
• Improve hockey-specific conditioning
• Train alongside motivated athletes in an all-female environment
• Become smarter, more confident and more complete hockey players

Session Format

Each session includes:

• 22 Sessions (Approximately 26 hours of Ice Time)
• Professional skill development
• Coached scrimmage play without referees
• Game-situation training and decision-making
• A fast-paced, competitive and supportive environment

This program is designed for experienced U13 and U15 female house-level players who are ready to challenge themselves, train with purpose and continue progressing in the sport.
